Currently FREE to Australian destinations for orders over $100* (orders below $100 incur a delivery charge).
*Surcharges apply for all bulky and heavy items and are excluded from the FREE delivery for orders over $100. All delivery charges are non-refundable should the item be returned.
Fairyland is committed to providing a convenient solution to shopping online and we know you will be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be despatched within 1 business day from your order date.

The recipient, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from the Post Office.
Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
When you shop at the Fairyland website, we aim to please and hope you are delighted with your purchase every time. However, we appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
Should you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout. You must return goods no later than 14 days after purchase date.
You may return your goods to Fairyland, 573 Military Road, Mosman NSW 2088. Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods. You are responsible for any return postage costs.
The item must be in resaleable condition for example:
- the original tags and labels are still attached;
- the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
- the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
