We will endeavour to provide you with the very best service and quality products, whether you are making purchases through our online shop, retail outlets or booking a party/workshop.

We make every effort to stock Australian made products where possible, however we do also supply a range of first class European merchandise.

We respect your right to privacy, and as such, any information you provide to us is confidential and will not be sold or rented to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us by clicking on the link.

Fairyland is committed to supporting the local village and Sydney community through fundraising and workshop events.

Shipping

Fairyland promises to ship orders within 10 working days from the date that your payment clears. Where items are out of stock, once we have established a delivery date with our supplier, we will contact you immediately to ensure that our new scheduled shipping date is convenient for you.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

You will need to contact us within 7 working days if you wish to exchange or return a product. Email, phone or fax are accepted methods of contact. Please see details at the bottom of this page or refer to the 'contact us' tab. If exchanging, please provide proof of purchase. Goods must be returned in original condition. Items will not be able to exchanged if they have been used or worn. Fairyland is able to offer refunds for faulty products, otherwise we are happy to offer credit vouchers. In the case of faulty products, proof of purchase will be required in order for us to refer to the manufacturer/supplier to consider the course of action to be taken. We will endeavour to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible.
