Shipping Methods

Fairyland uses Australia Post Regular Parcel and Express Post Parcel services for orders delivered within Australia.

For orders delivered outside of Australia, Fairyland dispatches goods via Australia Post Air Mail and Sea Mail services

Shipping Costs

Fairyland's shipping costs are based on Australia Post fees calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your goods shipped from postcode 2088.

The Fairyland Website communicates with Australia Post in real time during the checkout procedure and displays the shipping costs returned by Australia Post for shipping methods to your delivery location during checkout. Shipping costs are presented inclusive a handling fee.

Delivery Time Frames

During checkout, Australia Post will return an estimated delivery time frame to your location which will be displayed to you. Note that these time frames are only an estimate and, in general, please allow up to 10 days for delivery within Australia and slightly longer (10-14 days) for international delivery depending on the location. Note that goods will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.

Delivery Restrictions

In general, Fairyland ships world-wide. However, shipping to certain countries and regions of the world may be restricted depending on certain circumstances such as cost or export restrictions.

International deliveries to destinations outside of Australia can be costly and we are limited to shipping to countries that Australia Post can deliver to. Fairyland reserves the right not to ship goods to countries where the cost to send your goods exceeds Fairyland's maximum shipping cost limits or where delivery via Australia Post is not feasible.

Out of Stock Items

Where items are out of stock, once we have established a delivery date with our supplier, we will contact you immediately to ensure that our new scheduled shipping date is convenient for you.
