We respect your right to privacy, and as such, any information you provide to us is confidential and will not be sold or rented to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email or call us.

Exchanges and Returns Policies

You will need to contact us within 7 working days if you wish to exchange or return a product. Email, phone or fax are accepted methods of contact.

If exchanging, please provide proof of purchase. Goods must be returned in original condition. Items will not be able to exchanged if they have been used or worn.

Fairyland is able to offer refunds for faulty products, otherwise we are happy to offer credit vouchers. In the case of faulty products, proof of purchase will be required in order for us to refer to the manufacturer/supplier to consider the course of action to be taken. We will endeavour to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible.

Online Payment Security Policy

Fairyland offers two methods of payment from the website, PayPal and WestPac webadvantage credit card processing. For both methods, you will enter your payment details directly on a secure pages hosted by either PayPal or WestPac respectively.
