You will need to contact us within 7 working days if you wish to exchange or return a product. Email, phone or fax are accepted methods of contact. Our contact email and phone number are at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, send us an email via the contact us form. If exchanging, please provide proof of purchase. Goods must be returned in original condition. Items will not be able to exchanged if they have been used or worn. Fairyland is able to offer refunds for faulty products, otherwise we are happy to offer credit vouchers. In the case of faulty products, proof of purchase will be required in order for us to refer to the manufacturer/supplier to consider the course of action to be taken. We will endeavour to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible.
